– Same Day Delivery (Nairobi):
– Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered the same day within Nairobi.
– Delivery time: Within 2 hours from order confirmation.
– Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
– Country-Wide Delivery (Outside Nairobi):
– Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day for delivery country-wide.
– Delivery time: Within 24 hours from order confirmation.
– Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Fees:

Courier delivery fee is Ksh 500.
3. Tracking Orders:
– Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
– You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the designated courier’s website.
4. Delivery Partners:
– We work with reputable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Mostly for upcountry, we use Wells Fargo and G4S. Also, other couriers are factored in depending on location.

– Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.
